A 5% discount will be applied to all devices less than the corresponding discount depending on whether it is a Proclinic brand or not, or whether it is on sale. Therefore, the following discounts will be applied to the devices:
• 35% if the device is a Proclinic brand
• 28% on all other devices that are not Proclinic brand
• 13% if the device is on sale
• 50% direct discount on the General Catalog on items that remain pending service (rotary apparatus and instruments are excluded).

Free deliveries: Order deliveries are made at no cost to the clinic, within 24-48 hours from the order request.
PROCLINIC undertakes to return all products that are not in compliance with the clinics, as long as they are intact and in their original packaging. The term for the return must not be superior to 30 days.
The transport costs that originate the returns are fully assumed by PROCLINIC.
